The first completions at Berkeley Homes’ Spring Hill development in Maidenhead are due next month.

Homes at the scheme of apartments and family houses are currently being sold off-plan and the housebuilder says the properties will start to complete from May onwards.

An onsite marketing suite features an interactive model of the site to help visitors to gauge the size and scale of the development which will have a village green at its centre and the first show home is now open.

Ben Ivey, sales & marketing director for Berkeley (Oxford & Chiltern), said: “Since the arrival of Crossrail, Maidenhead is considered one of the best commuter towns in Berkshire.

“Our new development, Spring Hill, appeals to a wide range of buyers due to the broad selection of properties available, a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

“Our talented architects have created elegant properties with layouts which combine modern design and exceptional convenience with high specifications which will guarantee comfortable living.”

Homes include individually designed kitchens and many of the principal bedrooms are ensuite and have fitted wardrobes or even a separate dressing room.

Energy efficiency features include enhanced insulation and double glazing, low-flow taps and shower heads, designed to use less water, solar roof tiles and air source heat pumps.

Prices start at £330,000.
