Plans have been submitted for 225 homes in Maidenhead.
Taylor Wimpey (West London) has applied to the Royal Borough for full planning permission to build the homes on a 6.47-hectare site south of Kimber’s Lane. It comprises three green fields.
The site forms an extension to a neighbouring development of 215 homes already under construction by Taylor Wimpey.
The homes, 30 per cent of which will be affordable, will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats and three and four-bedroom houses. Eight will be for custom build.
The team on the project includes Savills on planning, Stuart Michael Associates on transport and ECE on architecture.
