In partnership with Sovereign National Group, The Hill Group are launching Elmstead, a new residential development based in Wokingham.

The development will provide two, three and four-bedroom homes, aimed at young and growing families, and will offer contemporary living alongside outdoor spaces. The development falls in the Nine Mile Ride area, surrounded by woodland. In addition, the development offers convenient transport links for commuters.

Sustainability is a key component of Elmstead, air-source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels are utilised to generate renewable energy, and the development adopts a “Fabric First” approach, meaning superior insulation and advanced construction methods are prioritised.
