Hartwell Plc, the automotive and property development company, has secured The Ultimate Activity Company, the education and childcare specialist, at the Frontier building in the Wootton Science Park.
Relocation
The company will now base its headquarters in the Oxfordshire park, occupying 2,200 sq. ft of workspace, with 23 staff on-site after relocating from Farmoor.
Due to the new agreement, the Frontier building is now fully let, showing high demand for workspace in Oxfords surrounding vicinity.
The deal was coordinated by CBRE and Savills on behalf of Hartwell, and Bidwells on behalf of The Ultimate Activity Company.
Wootton Science Park
The park has been owned by Hartwell since 1975, the first office building was built in 2005. Recently Hartwell saw plans approved for the delivery of circa 106,233 sq. ft across five new commercial buildings, along with connected amenities and facilities such as bike storage, a bistro, and a gym.
