Following the successful launch and establishment of The Wave in Bristol, the firm is now seeking expansion into other areas of the country, with an emphasis on the South East.
UK Property Forums partner Savills has been instructed by the firm to identify new sites for its expansion, which has emphasised a particular interest in the south east.
The sites need to be approximately 50 to 90 acres, with good accessibility and transport links.
The Wave uses state-of-the-art technology (known as Wavegarden Cove technology) in a 180-metre lake to create a realistic surf experience, making waves between 0.5 and two metres high every 8-10 seconds.
The firm prides itself in creating a unique surfing experience inland, which can be accessed and enjoyed by all, bringing both physical and mental benefits to the consumer.
