UK Property Forums partner DevComms has made three promotions within its team of stakeholder engagement professionals.
Pavitar Mann (pictured left), who joined DevComms in October 2021, has been promoted to associate director – the first associate director position at DevComms since it started trading. The promotion sees her taking on more involvement in the operational management of the business.
Matthew Human (pictured centre) has been promoted to account manager. He is based in the firm’s London team and is managing a number of projects for some of DevComms’ biggest clients. He joined as an account executive in 2020 and has progress quickly.
Leah Tompkins (pictured right), who joined DevComms in Summer 2021, has been promoted to senior account executive. She is taking on a greater level of responsibility on her projects and DevComms says she has been delivering great results.
Rob Allaway, managing director of DevComms, said: “We are delighted to confirm these promotions, Pav, Matt and Leah thoroughly deserve them. We have a fantastic team; we are committed to investing in them and supporting them throughout their careers.”
