Oxford Growth Commission chair Neale Coleman will be among the leading figures from the Oxfordshire property world to address this year’s OxPropSummit in March.

Neale, former advisor to Jeremy Corbyn when he was Labour leader and an advisor to both Ken Livingstone and Boris Johnson in their respective periods as Mayor of London, will be interviewed about his role in shaping the future of the county at the March 26 event at Trinity College.

The event will look at the implications of the county’s proposed developments for the property, real estate and built environment sectors.

Further sessions will cover Oxford and Cambridge markets, the Ellison Institute’s huge investment at Littlemore, new residential communities being created, Oxford’s innovation districts, issues around infrastructure and connectivity and investment in the county.

And there will be a special look at the 950,000 sq ft Warneford Park project.

Speakers and panellists include: Tom Bridgman, executive director of development for Oxford City Council, Charles Butters, advisor to Oxfordshire County Council, Laura Ludlow, principal associate for Mills & Reeve, Emily Slupek director, building and project consultancy for Savills, Rachel Wood, managing director of Sladen Estates and Caroline Green and Martin Reeves, respective chief executives of the city and county councils.

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “OxPropSummit is always a key date in the Oxfordshire diary and with the involvement of so many leading figures this year, and given the scale of new developments in the pipeline, we expect this will be one of the most important we’ve held.”
