Broadway Developments has agreed a pre-let and a sale at Enterprise Park in Yaxley, Peterborough.
Broadways, advised jointly by Savills and Eddisons, has attracted a pre-let to Greggs and a pre-sale to Timber Services at its Witham Court scheme on the park.
Construction has recently commenced at the Witham Court development which will comprise 20 units ranging from 635 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft. The units are suitable for industrial, warehouse and trade-counter uses.
Other occupiers already on the estate include BSW Window Solutions, RAP Industries, Next Level Fibre Optics, GKS Plumbing Supplies and Parkers The Parts People.
The park fronts onto Broadway and is close to Eagle Business Park. It benefits from close proximity to the J16 of the A1(M) at Norman Cross with access to the Parkway dual carriageway road system around Peterborough, and a main bus route.
Edward Gee, director in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, said: “Enterprise Park offers a range of high-quality units available on a freehold basis and we are delighted to see such high levels of interest in the final phase of units.”
Wright Silverwood acted on behalf of Greggs plc in the transaction.
