Two lettings totalling around 22,500 sq ft have been secured in a warehouse scheme at Millars Business Park in Wokingham.
IPIF has let 14,000 sq ft Unit 5 to Hiper Global UK, an industrial computing specialist, while energy efficiency firm Carbon Rewind has taken 8,500 sq ft Unit 4 in the four-unit 32,000 sq ft warehouse building which was completed last year. Both deals involve 10-year leases.
Two smaller units, totalling just over 10,000 sq ft, remain.
In a statement to CoStar News Aaron Burns, director of IPIF Trade, said: “The lettings highlight the strength in demand for top quality, industrial and warehouse premises in the Thames Valley with solid green credentials.”
