A video conferencing technology company and a used goods retailer have each taken new tenancies within Clifton Court in Cambridge.
Neatframe Ltd, the video conferencing technology company, have relocated from Unit CC9 in a move which doubles its footprint. The firm is letting to refurbished first-floor suites and a ground floor unit. Their new total floorspace is 5,292 sq ft.
Separately, WeBuyVintage, the used goods retailer, has taken 1,721 sq ft of additional office space.
The two new lettings have released Unit CC9; a 2,542 sq ft office building which faces upcoming refurbishment, with availability for occupation in the summer. The guiding rent is £37 per sq ft and the unit has eight parking spaces.
Among Clifton Court’s current tenants are Reed, Lanpro, Curtins, Dartington Wealth, Feilden & Mawson, DVSA and Brown & Co.
Jerry Fuller, from SJK Properties, the landlord, said: “Neatframe’s expansion on Clifton Court goes to show the company’s commitment to the complex and how the right accommodation can help to support business growth within a given location. In addition, the arrival of WeBuyVintage is demonstrative of the key attributes of the scheme – parking, own front door and affordability near the station”.
