Cambridge Corporate Properties II Ltd, advised by Savills, has completed two new office lettings at LDH House, St Ives in Cambridgeshire.

Excelcare Holdings, a care home group, has taken 2,663 sq ft at Suite 3 on a two-year lease, while Keltbray Rail, a construction engineering specialist, will occupy Suite 4 extending to 3,251 sq ft for a five-year term.

The building, which can be accessed via the recently improved A1123 and in turn the A14, has connectivity to Huntingdon station which offers fast trains to London.

There is a park & ride at Meadow Lane which allows journey times to Cambridge Science Park in around 20 minutes. Local amenities include Morrison’s and a McDonald’s/Costa coffee drive-thru.

Overall, the building has 98 car parking spaces.

Edward Gee, director in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, said: “We are delighted to have completed these two lettings at LDH House in Cambridgeshire. Excelcare Holdings and Keltbray Rail will benefit from the high standard of these office units as well as the accessible and convenient location.”
