Vistry Group has launched a new neighbourhood in Buckingham.
Willow Park will comprise 420 homes including 74 affordable homes delivered by Hightown Housing Association and PRS Provider Leaf Living.
The site is on the outskirts of Buckingham and surrounded by countryside. It boasts links to Oxford, London, Birmingham, and beyond.
Vistry says the range of homes is designed to appeal to a wide range, from first time buyers to home movers, growing families and downsizers.
The 14-acre site will have a 14 per cent biodiversity net gain and include extensive open spaces including three play areas and a large neighbourhood park.
And, thanks to an £8 million investment secured via a s106 agreement, Vistry will enhance and develop local transport and social infrastructure.
