Wicket deal at Twyford Park

CRWP (Honeypot) Ltd, advised jointly by Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton, has let a warehouse unit at Twyford Park on Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate in Colsterworth to Durant Cricket.

The specialist cricket equipment provider has agreed to a new three-year lease for warehouse space totalling 4,000 sq ft.

The unit was marketed at a quoting rent of £18,000 per annum.

“The property’s strong credentials made it the ideal place for Durant Cricket as it continues its expansion.”

Cristian Durant, director at Durrant Cricket, said: “ The extra space we have gained from the move has allowed us to increase stock levels on all of our products and also increase efficiencies in the manufacturing of our electronic cricket scoreboards.”
