Workman LLP has appointed Nicola Perry, who joins as a partner in property management in the firm’s recently relocated Bristol office.
Nicola has more than 22 years’ experience in the UK commercial property sector, including 15 years at JLL, and brings extensive market knowledge and leadership expertise to the Bristol team.
Richard Hart, partner and head of property management, said: “Nicola’s connections in the Bristol market and proven track record of developing talent make her an ideal member of our Bristol office team.
She will help us drive our commitment to client excellence and employee development.”

The appointment coincides with Workman’s move to a new office at Temple Point, increasing its space by 50 per cent.

“We now employ more than 140 people in the city, across Property Management, Building Consultancy, and Property Management Accounts.
