Plans for up to 102 homes on land at Chalfont St Giles have been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council.
Bellway Homes has submitted outline proposals to develop a 4.84-hectare site east of Narcot Lane on the southern side of the village.
The developer plans a mix of homes of up to four bedrooms on the site which is in the Green Belt but is considered to be Grey Belt.
Open space and children’s play provision are included.
The team on the project includes CDS Planning, Gardner Stewart Architects, Murdoch Wickham as landscape consultant and Ardent as consulting engineer.
