Ainscough Strategic Land has submitted plans for up to 120 homes at Ducklington in West Oxfordshire.

The developer has proposed the outline scheme (including a 40 per cent allocation of affordable homes) on a 6.34-hectare site off Witney Road, around one and a half miles from Witney town centre.

The greenfield site is close to other homes and Ducklington Lake and Country Park. Dozens of objections have already been lodged.

The team on the project includes John R Paley Associates on urban design, Eddisons on highways and EDP on landscaping. Turley provided the environmental impact assessment, sustainability as well as planning and community consultation.
