A central Milton Keynes Novotel has gone on sale with Colliers.

KS Saxon Street is selling the 124-room three-star hotel which has extensive conferencing and leisure facilities including a gym, bar and 75-cover restaurant.

The hotel is being offered to the market with vacant possession, free of management or franchise agreement, and the brand owner Accor welcomes discussions to continue existing management or franchise agreements.

The sale price is undisclosed but available on application.

Kit Abram, associate director in the hotel capital markets team at Colliers, said: “The Novotel Milton Keynes offers a great opportunity to acquire an asset free and clear of management in a strong south east market.

“We expect to receive a strong level of interest from UK domestic operators, cross-border, and international capital, as well as institutional investors seeking value add opportunities.”
