Richborough Estates, with Bidwells, is selling a 12-acre site at Princess Avenue in March, Cambridgeshire.
Planning permission has been secured on the site for up to 125 homes with a 20 per cent affordable allocation, along with a central green, public open space and a children’s play area.
There is existing vehicular access to the site via Princess Avenue to the east of the site, which is currently a greenfield plot.
The deadline for offers is 1.00pm on Tuesday, July 11.
