Plans for 130 homes at Worting in Basingstoke have been revealed in a screening opinion request.
Pro Vision, on behalf of CALA Homes, has applied to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council for an opinion on whether an environmental impact assessment is needed for its plans for the homes on a 20-hectare site off Worting Road.
The plans will also include a local centre comprising a gym/fitness centre, a day nursery, and a village hall. The site is next to 300-year-old Worting House which currently operates as office space.
The site forms the majority of the Worting Conservation Area.
