New plans for homes on land at a garden centre in Kidlington have been submitted after a previous plan was withdrawn.
Newcore Capital Management has applied to Cherwell District Council to build a retirement living development of 150 units on land next to Yarnton Home & Garden.
The two – four storey development will have 90 parking spaces, open space and new access of Begbroke Hill.
The outline plans replace previous outline plans for a 120-unit retirement living scheme with 10 houses and a nursery. That plans was scrapped after a dispute over the access which has now been resolved with the new application.
The team on the project includes Carter Jonas on planning, Redmore Environmental as air contamination consultant, Taylor Consulting Engineers as civil engineering consultant, ERS Consultants as sustainability & energy consultant and HVJ Transport as transport consultant. Tate+Co is the architect.
