Savills has announced two promotions within its Peterborough office.

Henry King and Ian Wilkinson of the rural, energy and projects team have been promoted to associate and associate director respectively.

Henry, who lives in Stamford, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2017.

He now undertakes a wide variety of rural professional and valuation work across Peterborough, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and parts of Cambridgeshire and specialises in intensive agriculture.

Ian is predominantly involved in estate management for a range of Institutional and private clients located across Peterborough, the East Midlands and East Anglia.

Ian’s key areas of expertise include landlord and tenant work, tenancy management, rent reviews and tenancy surrenders.

Ian, who lives near Oundle, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and central association of agricultural valuers.

David Goodson, head of office at Savills Peterborough, comments: “I would like to congratulate Ian and Henry who have both played a key role in the success of the rural division and the Peterborough office as a whole”.
