Barratt David Wilson Homes has applied to build up to 300 properties on land north east of Grove.

The company, a division of Barratt Development, has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for outline permission to develop a 18.06-hectare site on the A338 Station Road between Tulwick Lane and Grove Park Drive to the east of Grove.

The homes are designed to accommodate home working and to be future proofed for adaptability.

The scheme, Tulwick Park Grove, was planned by Turley and designed by Mosaic Urban Design and Masterplanning.
