73 new Hertfordshire homes from Stonebond

Brookhill is a new collection of 73 homes (47 for private sale, and 26 affordable homes) ranging from two to five bedrooms in the heart of Cuffley, bordered by Cuffley Brook and a short walk from the station.

The homes are priced from £570,000. Brookhill’s detached homes are priced from £950,000, while the Cuffley average for detached properties stands at £1,079,864. The properties are available through homebuilder Stonebond, which is offering either 105% part exchange or stamp duty paid, meaning buyers can save up to £46,250, depending on the type of property they purchase.

Homes at Brookhill have been designed to meet a range of needs, from single buyers and couples to growing families and downsizers. From two-bedroom terraced properties to five-bedroom detached houses.
