A high tech business, which helps remove impurities from precious metals, has taken a lease on 8,594 sq ft at Grove Business Park.
PhosphonicS, represented by VSL & Partners, has taken a 10-year lease on the office and lab space which is within the recently-refurbished Quadrangle development at the park which is in Witney.
Vanessa Eastwick-Field, chief executive of PhosphonicS, said: “Our field of environmental remediation and value recovery of metals is of growing importance. It is driven by innovation and technical development which is why we are so pleased to be joining the Grove Business Park tech community.
“Our move to the park provides space to expand our scientific team and accelerate our R&D into metal recovery towards a sustainable future.”
Duncan May of VSL said: “This deal is highly significant, especially at this difficult time, as it represents a real vote of confidence in the Oxfordshire economy. PhosphonicS will be very much at home in the county’s burgeoning science and technology sector.”
Grove Business Park has three more similar sized lettings under offer and a second phase of new buildings will be announced soon.
