Revised plans have been submitted for homes at Kew Bridge.
A plan to build 30 flats over six storeys at the Station Quarter site, close to the new Brentford Community Stadium, was approved in October 2018.
However, in light of the Lionel Rd developments at the football club’s former home at Griffin Park, MacKenzie Homes would like to increase this to 45 flats over eight storeys.
Blocwork, a joint venture between Network Rail and Bloc, who were initially involved in the site behind Kew Station, passed it onto MacKenzie for further development. The proposal is on a pending list with planners.
Mackenzie Homes was unavailable for comment.
