Plans have been submitted by Vesta Group for 150 flats in Hayes.
The application, via DP9, has been submitted to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a 0.91-hectare site in North Hyde Road, currently a Yodel Warehouse.
The scheme, designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris architects, is for two buildings of up to eight floors above ground floor to be known as Keith House.
The plans are for 65 one-bedroom, 63 two-bedroom and 22 three-bedroom flats along with 400 sq m of commercial space. The scheme will have 268 cycle spaces and 85 car parking spaces.
