Digital publisher XLMedia has taken refurbished offices at 21-25 Hart Street, Henley.
Hicks Baker and Simmons & Son acted on behalf of landlord Omni Investments on the deal in which XLMedia will occupy both the Courtyard and Stable suites, totalling 2,708 sq ft, on a five-year lease with a two-year break option at an undisclosed rent.
XLMedia chief executive Stuart Simms said: “We wanted to find a home for our team that provided for a positive work environment while making it easy to maintain our commitment to workplace flexibility.
“Having an office in Henley gives us the opportunity to be a part of a community while still benefiting from the proximity to London.
“The area is a very attractive location for our business, and we would not be surprised to see other companies following suit in the post-pandemic period.”
Stephen Head, for Hicks Baker said: “We are delighted to have secured an excellent tenant of the calibre of XLMedia plc within weeks of putting the property on the market.
“The quality of our client’s extensive refurbishment of the suites shone through and is testament to the old adage that high quality space will continue to attract interest even in difficult market conditions”.
XLMedia was unrepresented.
