As lockdown begins to ease and markets improve, Bulb Laboratories and Interiors have extended their presence across The Arc, and now have their own workspace in Cambridge, located a stone’s throw from the train station, on the Hills Road.

Having worked in the city on previous projects, they look forward to seeing what the city has to offer to its full-time residents, whilst expanding their own experience using the well-established industry, infrastructure, and educational facilities, and look forward to working in the ever-growing market.

Andrew Squires, project director at Bulb said “for Bulb it’s crucial to be within the markets we want to operate in, so the addition of a Cambridge office is a natural progression.  We have a great track record of delivering contemporary & agile office space and 11 years of experience in the knowledge sector building laboratories with our unique Science First approach that benefits the End User, Landlord, and Investors.”

He continued ” The ability to understand the science and produce technically compliant lab space coupled with producing ‘on brand’ attractive workspace really helps our clients in the challenge to attract new tenants and the tenants to attract and retain the right calibre staff. Our work across Oxford, London and now Cambridge ties us into 3 of the most vibrant places around and we are lucky enough to engage with the best minds and an outstanding group of property professionals that serve these markets. Here’s to a brighter future for us all”

Bulb Interiors is working at The Bradfield Centre on Cambridge Science Park and they are also a Thames Valley Valley Voices.
