VSL has reported three deals among professional services firms to the west of Oxford.
Financial services Grant Thornton has taken 4,276 sq ft on the ground floor of Seacourt Tower, Botley on a five-year lease. VSL acted for MA Seacourt.
VSL has also completed a deal which will see expanding international patent and trademark attorney business Dehns move into ground floor office space at Willow Court, Botley.
And communications agency McCann Health has moved into offices at 201 Cumnor Hill on a five-year lease. VSL acted for landlord EW Beard on the deal
VSL director Richard Venables said: “This area contains long-established Oxford businesses which are now strengthening their commitment to the area through this succession of deals.
“It is a sign that the foundations of the local economy are strong and provides a lot of confidence as we emerge from the pandemic.”
