Hillingdon council approved the proposal to demolish nine Nestle Avenue Hayes and replace it with 103 residential units at the planning meeting of the 19th January 2022.
The site is part of the former Nestle Factory master plan.
The redevelopment will provide up to 11 storeys comprising residential accommodation, associated landscaping, access, car parking and cycle parking. The building consists of two studios, 57Â one bed, 31 two-bed and 13Â three-bed apartments.
The proposal received urgent approval to secure additional on-site affordable housing before the end of the GLA grant funding deadline of 31st January 2021.
This planning application was previously approved subject to the signing of a s106 legal agreement at the 24/02/2021 Major Applications Planning Committee.
The developer is listed as Healey Development Solutions (Hayes) Ltd, Tate Hindle are the architects, and Daniel Watney LLP was acting as the agent.
