Construction has started on new Grade A workspace in Bristol’s Temple Quarter.
The £140 million scheme is located in Temple Quarter, fronting Avon Street and Oxford Street, will see the construction of an eight-storey 212,000 sq ft flexible workspace that can be configured for a range of tenancies.
The development is funded by a joint venture between Candour and EPISO 5, with work now underway on-site.
The development includes a ground floor café, fitness and wellness facilities and landscaped terraces, and over 290 bike spaces, with views overlooking Bristol.
Wates Construction, who recently completed the adjacent 3 Glass Wharf, has been appointed to deliver the scheme.

We are already seeing significant interest from occupiers.”

Completion of the development is expected for 2023.
