Inclusion Hampshire, a division of the NHS which supports people affected by drugs and alcohol, has taken 9,368 sq ft Unit 5 at Meridian Office Park in Hook.
Acting on behalf of Katana Property, BDT (incorporating Woodford & Company), has let all three floors to the service. The deal for a 15-year lease, which has a break clause after 10, includes 49 car parking spaces.
The move enables Inclusion Hampshire to expand its specialist college, Inclusion College. It will be able to provide more placements for young people with additional mental health needs.
BDT and London Clancy acted for Katana Property. Inclusion Hampshire represented itself.
