Councillors have been recommended to approve a plan for up to 90 homes on land south of the A415 at Marcham.

Catesby Land Promotions, via Carter Jonas, is seeking permission for the development of the 3.46-hectare site which also borders land earmarked for the Marcham bypass.

Vale of White Horse District Council’s planning committee has been recommended to approve the scheme of one to five bedroom properties, which will include a 35 per cent element of affordable homes, ahead of its September 8 meeting.
