Evolito has taken units 1 to 3, totalling 38,000 sq ft, at Catalyst Bicester.
The company, which makes urban air mobility motors, will be the first to move into the £100 million business park, currently under construction by Albion Land.
It plans to make the three inter-connected buildings its new head office, once the firm has moved from Kidlington and completed an extensive, specialised fit out of the new space.
Simon Parsons, Albion Land said: “We warmly welcome Evolito as the first company to join Catalyst, and what a company. When we started this project, our third major investment in Bicester, it was in response to demand from technology, advanced manufacturing and high-performance engineering companies to create many new jobs and help to reduce out-commuting from the town.
“Evolito’s arrival – a pioneering company leading the electric flight revolution – is exciting news for Bicester. Bicester is becoming the focus for technology and knowledge-based industries in north Oxfordshire.”
Other occupiers to sign up to take space at Catalyst Bicester which is south of the town, off the A41, include Siemens and Arrival.
The letting accounts for three of the four units, which make up phase one of the development and which were completed in March.
Albion Land says strong interest has been received for unit 4 which is a stand-alone, high office content, technology building which totals 21,520 sq ft.
And with demand so strong, the developer plans to start construction of phase two in early 2023 with units ready for occupation by November 2023.
That will comprise five technology buildings which will range in size from 17,500 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft. Phase three will be for bespoke occupier requirements of up to 110,000 sq ft.
The completed development will have around 300,000 sq ft and will accommodate up to 1,750 workers. Letting agents are Brown & Co, Colliers International and VSL. Stuart Neils acted for Evolito.
