The shortlist has been revealed for the potential winners in the OxPropFest Awards for 2022.
A record 51 entries were received this year and judges had to have an additional meeting to come up with the list of those who will compete for awards, which will be under wraps until the black tie evening on September 14, the finale to OxPropFest.
UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “This year has been a vintage one with a record number of submissions for OxPropFest Awards.
“Judging was a real challenge and this made the compilation of the shortlist very difficult as the quality and range of submissions was so high.
“However, this also reflects the depth of property, design and construction skills across Oxfordshire. All I can say now is roll on September 14 for the announcement of the winners at OxPropFest 22 at Bicester Motion.”
There are now 12 categories after an additional one was created for entrants to the Best Residential Development award. This category has been split into two so that larger and smaller schemes have their own categories.
