Mills & Reeve says its new Oxford office has gone down well with the region’s property community.
The national law firm, which opened its seventh office at the Jam Factory in Park End Street in April, has been a key ingredient in some of the major developments and transactions in the city in recent times.
The move was in response to growing demand for its offer in the Thames Valley and the Oxford – Cambridge Arc. Its services spread across all sectors but will initially focus on real estate, education, private wealth, life sciences and technology.
Mills & Reeve has advised on the Oxford North scheme and supported Kadans Science Partners’ recent acquisition of The Science Quadrant in Abingdon. Both projects were mentioned in its win in the OxPropFest Awards 2021 for Best Law Firm.
