In a recent transaction advised by Savills and Eddisons, Broadway Developments Yaxley Ltd has finalised the sale of two tailor-made industrial units at Enterprise Park to the window supplier BSW Window Solutions.
The completed 13,300 sq ft first unit, now occupied by BSW, features bespoke offices and a gated yard.
Construction is underway for the 10,204 sqft second unit, set for completion shortly, providing additional expansion space for BSW.
Enterprise Park, comprising 46 units ranging from 1,225 sqft to 30,000 sqft, has witnessed high demand, with over 100,000 sq ft either constructed or in the pipeline.
Recent tenants include APG Home Improvements, Next Level Fibre Optics, Cromwell Tools, and Anglian Lifts.
Located off Broadway, the park offers easy access to the A1(M) and Peterborough’s parkway dual carriageway, surrounded by businesses such as Screwfix, Junction 17 Cars, and Howdens.
Edward Gee, Associate Director at Savills Peterborough, said, “BSW’s expansion underscores the demand for industrial space in Peterborough. These deals reflect the park’s desirability, and we anticipate strong interest in the remaining units.”
