Savills, on behalf of Peterborough City Council, has advised on a new letting at the Herlington Centre in Peterborough, with Clayton Pharm agreeing to take Unit 22 to operate a healthcare retail store.
The Herlington Centre is a retail destination serving the Orton area of Peterborough, providing a range of local amenities and services for the surrounding residential population.
The addition of Clayton Pharm strengthens the centre’s convenience and healthcare offering, supporting the ongoing provision of essential community services within the scheme.
Unit 22 comprises 956 sq ft and is a retail unit within the centre and will be used for the sale of healthcare products.
