Plans have been submitted for up to 40 homes, a care home and a day nursery in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Pegasus, acting for HDD Abingdon, has applied to develop 2.08 hectares of land north of Copenhagen Drive in a hybrid application.
Permission has been sought for outline permission for the homes, open space, associated car parking and landscaping while full permission has been sought for the two-storey day nursery and three storey, 75-unit care home (pictured).
As well as Pegasus, the team on the project includes Stone and BSP as consultants and Corstorphine & Wright on architecture.
