It was great to see these three lettings finally over the line, testament indeed, to the outstanding quality of the repositioning of this landmark building. Its location adjacent to Junction 11 of the M4 avoids the sometimes tortuous journey into and out of Reading town centre and coupled with the excellent on site parking and access to nearby public transport connections to the town centre and beyond, will make it an obvious choice for other major occupiers seeking to offer staff a quality office environment boasting a high level of on site amenity which includes an outstanding F&B offer, on-site gym and separate conference centre. Well done Alchemy and Tristan Capital.
