The first release from a rare collection of high-specification, energy-efficient, new homes has been brought to the market by Savills in North Oxford.
Priory Grove, built by family-owned developer, Croudace Homes, will provide three and four-bedroom family houses and one and two-bedroom apartments, alongside a number of self-build plots.
The scheme, less than a mile from Oxford Parkway Station, the development is within St Frideswide – a new neighbourhood to the east of Banbury Road in North Oxford.
More than 20 per cent of the new neighbourhood is open green space, including three play areas, while the landscape has been enriched with over 200 new trees, 900 metres of native hedgerows and more than 2,000 square metres of wildflower planting. Ecological enhancements include hedgehog fencing and domes, bird and bat boxes and bug hotels, incorporated to support wildlife.
Sustainability features include integrated PV solar panels, air source heat pumps and EV charging points. Luxury features include underfloor heating with smart thermostats, throughout the ground floor of every house and most apartments, and Omega kitchens.
The first release from the scheme includes several choices of three-bedroom houses. A show house will open over the Summer.
Stuart Elvidge, sales and marketing director of Croudace Homes, said: “Our carefully considered placemaking brings together an elegant collection of high-specification energy efficient homes conveniently located for Oxford Parkway railway station.
“The apartments and houses feature contemporary elevations to enhance the vibrant character areas within the development landscaping to create a beautiful natural setting.
“Croudace Homes is proud to be a HBF Five-Star rated house builder for the 12th consecutive year, a true testament to quality in the eyes of our customers. Enquiry levels at Priory Grove are high following our first releases, with strong interest already being expressed prior to the show home opening.”
Sam Lamb, marketing Priory Grove on behalf of Savills Oxford residential development sales team, said: “We are delighted to bring Priory Grove to the market. Croudace has created an attractive and well-considered scheme that both enhances the area and brings a good choice of quality homes set in a cohesive natural setting.
“Tailor-made for contemporary family life, with a number of well-regarded schools nearby, amenities in Summertown and Kindlington, and perfectly placed for commuting, we expect a lot of buyer interest.”
