Plans have been submitted under Permitted Development Rights to turn the Regus building at Thames Valley Park into 94 flats.

Two applications have been submitted to Wokingham Borough Council by an applicant, named as TVP Investments of St John’s Wood, London; one to convert the ground, first, second and third floors to 62 flats and another to add two floors, creating a further 32.

Sphere25 acted for the applicant in both applications.

The building, which is currently in use, is at 400 Thames Valley Park Drive, a four-storey office development, totalling 3,755 sq m (see Google image below).

The proposal envisages 78 one-bedroom flats and 16 two-bedroom flats. The building currently has 180 parking spaces but that could be reduced to accommodate cycle parking.

As well as planning by Sphere25, the team on the project includes Rohacs Architecture, Markides on transport and FCS Live as fire consultant.
