Savills has appointed Alice Bridges to its rural agency team in Norwich.

Alice joins from the Raynham Estate which is a diversified farm enterprise near Fakenham where she has worked for five years.

Alice said: “My previous role focused on the hospitality side of farm operations and gave me a clear understanding of some of the challenges and opportunities currently facing traditional farming estates – and I’m eager to see how I can use that experience to help benefit our clients.

“Coming from a farming family I also have a strong appreciation of the day-to-day operations of a working farm, particularly crop production, which I hope should prove useful in this next step in my career.

“I’ve already had a busy start to my time here and it’s been great to hit the ground running. Savills offered the opportunity to broaden my knowledge of the rural sector and I’m excited to learn more, develop new skills and to be part of what is a very experienced team.”

Alice will assist Christopher Miles, director in the Savills rural agency team, by advising clients on the buying and selling of farms and estates.

William Hargreaves, who leads the rural agency team for Savills in the East of England, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Alice on board. Her work at the Raynham Estate and knowledge of the rural economy will be invaluable when advising clients at a time of such change.”
