Alder King has appointed Andy Heath as partner in the firm’s Bristol agency team.

Heath, who moves from CSquared, brings extensive experience in office transactions, mixed-use developments and strategic property consultancy.

Highlights of his career include leading the sale of Soapworks, one of Bristol’s most significant mixed-use sites in over a decade, and driving the creation of the Brabazon development at Filton.

Andy also led Bristol’s largest speculative office scheme, EQ, securing a landmark pre-let to Arup.

The University of Reading graduate was previously head of office leasing in Bristol for Cushman & Wakefield and a partner in the west end office team at Strutt & Parker.

Simon Price, partner at Alder King, said: “Andy’s appointment comes at an exciting time for our Bristol Agency team.

“Building on a record-breaking year, his expertise will help us seize new opportunities and continue delivering best-in-class advice to our clients.”

Commenting on his move, Andy Heath added: “I’m hugely excited to be joining Alder King, a trusted and leading property consultancy in the South West.

“The firm’s reputation for delivering exceptional results and its deep understanding of the regional market make this a great opportunity, at a time when Bristol is experiencing strong growth as a commercial centre.

“I look forward to working with the team to build on its success and help shape the next chapter of Bristol’s expanding commercial landscape.”

The strategic hire comes as Alder King led two major transactions at Bristol’s Welcome Building in 2025, one of which was the largest city centre office deal in six years.
