Savills, the property agent, has appointed Sophie Male to its new homes team in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

Sophie returns to Savills in the firm’s Amersham office in residential development sales. She has previously been part of the Savills residential sales team in Beaconsfield. Sophie joins from local estate agent Michael Graham in Princes Risborough.

“Savills is a company I know well and I’m thrilled to be returning,” she said. “The company has a strong network of offices in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and I’m excited to take this next step in my career. It’s an amazing opportunity to grow and progress.

“I have lived and worked in South Bucks all my life and I know just how popular the area is with buyers of all ages. With market confidence and mortgage rates improving in recent months, demand for new homes continues to be strong and we’re looking forward to the year ahead.”

Sophie will work alongside Savills head of new homes for Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire Andy Toodgood and sales and marketing manager Anna Horne.

Andy said: “I’m delighted to welcome Sophie on board. She fits our dynamic brilliantly and her knowledge of the local property market will be a real asset – reflecting our continued commitment to strengthening our teams and further enhancing our capacity to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”
