ICG have acquired Patchway Enterprise Park – based in Bristol – from Delancey for in excess of £34 million. ICG were advised by Bidwells, whilst Knight Frank advised Delancey.
The acquisition has been completed following a months-long process, Knights Frank were appointed in September 2025.
The site takes up more than 280,000 sq ft, with nine units situated upon its approximate 19 acres, and houses tenants such as the Royal Mail and Cruickshank Motors.
Based in North Bristol, the park is adjacent to Junction 17 of the M5.
