Savills appoints West Suffolk specialist to residential sales team

Savills has strengthened its residential sales team in Suffolk with the appointment of Samantha Holmes as associate director.

Samantha has 15 years’ experience of selling property in the county, having previously worked for regional agents Jackson-Stops and David Burr.

Along with equestrian properties she specialises in selling homes in West Suffolk and will have a particular focus on Bury St Edmunds and the towns and villages of the Stour Valley including Sudbury, Long Melford, Lavenham, Clare, Cavendish and Bures.

Samantha will be working alongside head of department Peter Ogilvie, director Tom Orford, associate director Katy Stephenson and negotiator Elly-May Downing .
