North Somerset construction businesses are being encouraged to register their interest in a range of upcoming contract opportunities linked to the landmark Epic Campus development in Long Ashton.
The project, which is being delivered by Gilbert-Ash, represents one of the region’s largest construction programmes and is set to create opportunities for local suppliers over the coming months and years.
A number of work packages are now being brought to market through Somerset Chamber of Commerce’s Somerset Supply Chain, with opportunities spanning construction, fit-out, engineering and specialist trades.
Several packages are expected to progress throughout 2026 and 2027, with further opportunities anticipated as the development advances through its phased construction programme.
Somerset Chamber of Commerce has been appointed by North Somerset Council to deliver phase 1 of a business engagement and supply chain support programme related to the Epic Campus project.
North Somerset Council has already secured a Section 106 agreement with Epic Systems Corporation to fund a five-year programme that will maximise local economic benefits from the development, supporting business growth, skills development and employment opportunities for residents across North Somerset.
