Bidwells has added to its industrial & logistics agency team with the appointment of Luke Davenport.
Luke joins Bidwells after 11 years in the commercial team at Cheffins, where he built a strong reputation across the industrial, mid-tech and open storage sectors. During his time there, he advised on both acquisitions and disposals throughout the East Anglian region.
At Bidwells, Luke will continue working across the Cambridge market and further afield, specialising in medium and large-scale logistics warehousing. He will be involved with a number of market-leading schemes, including Symmetry Park Biggleswade, Newlands Park, Huntingdon, Flagship Park Peterborough and Port One Logistics Park at Great Blakenham.
