The package covers more than 3,800sqm in total and includes four South Terminal quick-service or fast-casual spaces sized at 309sqm, 320sqm, 547sqm and 790sqm, plus a 647sqm pub unit. In the North Terminal, the airport is also seeking an operator for a landmark 1,084sqm pub.
The tender is part of Gatwick’s wider plan to refresh and expand its hospitality offer as it prepares for future growth, including its privately funded Northern Runway Programme. The airport says this could support long-term expansion and create major commercial opportunities as passenger numbers rise, with capacity potentially increasing to 80 million passengers a year.
Head of retail Stephane Geffroy described the tender as a landmark moment and said there has never been a more exciting time to partner with London Gatwick. He said the airport is looking for ambitious operators able to deliver standout concepts, new trends and a varied offer that serves its diverse international passenger base.
The airport, which links travellers to more than 230 global destinations, says the units can be bid for individually or as a portfolio, giving brands flexibility in how they respond. Applications are open until 12 pm (midday) on 10 November 2026.
